The character of the decentral solution is the technically regulated allocation to individual analysts via the BKMS® system according to the whistleblower’s selection concerning category, department, country, affiliated company, division or field of responsibility.

E.g. the compliance structure of a global player can be linked to the different countries by authorising each analyst solely for cases concerning his or her country. According to the whistleblower’s selection the report will be allocated automatically to the adequate analyst by the BKMS® system.

If the first classification of the whistleblower proves to be wrong in the eyes of the first analyst, he/she assigns the report to the responsible analyst. The BKMS® system guarantees the internal coordination between the individual analysts by adequate functions worldwide.

The location of the individual analysts is not relevant. There is no installation of any hard- or software, analysts only need an internet access and their individual access data.
