At present we voluntarily undergo verifications at federal and European level to certify the BKMS^® system’s conformity with data protection laws.

First certification authority will be the Independent State Centre for Data Privacy Protection (ULD) in Schleswig-Holstein, Germany.  The seal of quality by the ULD certifies that the compatibility of a product with the rules of data protection and data security has been stated in a formal procedure. Based on this, the ULD recommends the application of the product at the state’s public authorities. Other federal states recommend the use of products with the ULD seal of quality as well.

The second certification authority is EuroPriSE (european privacy seal). EuroPriSe is the European Union’s quality seal and certifies the conformity of a product or service with European data privacy laws.

The BKMS^® system will be the first whistleblowing system certified with regard to the requirements of data protection at federal and European level.
