Kai Leisering, born in 1966, graduated in Business Administration (Diplom-Kaufmann) in Berlin. As managing director of the management consultancy Wagemann & Partner GmbH and subsequently as co-partner of the IT-company connect Organisation + Netzwerk GmbH, he has always concentrated on the analysis of existing processes and on developing new strategies. Meanwhile, Kai Leisering successfully built up Integra International, a worldwide leading network of management consultants, tax accountants and auditors.
Kai Leisering is now member of the board of Business Keeper AG and is partly responsible for the distribution of BKMS® System. He supports companies in their search to translate their ethical and moral standards as well as their company-specific code of conduct into a feasible system. In addition, Kai Leisering is deputy of the supervisory board of Hansen & Heinrich AG, Berlin.
