The Deutsche Institut für Compliance e.V. (DICO) (German Institute for Compliance - DICO) was founded in Berlin, Germany, in 2012 by compliance experts from notable companies. Ethics and Compliance Switzerland (ECS) is an independent not-for-profit organization that was founded in 2014 in Berne, Switzerland. In addition to a large number of individual members, also renowned institutional Swiss companies support the work of ECS.
ECS promotes the development of a compliance community across all sectors and organizations in Switzerland and the establishment and sharing of compliance best practices. It is the first NGO in Switzerland connecting private and public sector organisations and their officers and employees who share an interest in best practice integrity and compliance management. The Gesellschaft für Datenschutz und Datensicherheit e.V. (GDD) (German Association for Data Protection and Data Security - GDD) was founded in 1977. Le Cercle de la Compliance was founded in 2011 by a small group of french compliance experts. The Stiftung der Deutschen Wirtschaft (sdw) was founded in 1994 as a registered association and aims to create the best possible conditions for young people and young adults to start a successful, fulfilling career. Transparency International e.V. (TI) (TI) and its German representative Transparency International Deutschland e.V. were found by Dr Peter Eigen in Berlin, Germany, in 1993. TI is a charitable NGO which aims to bring together figures from politics, economics, and civil society in order to create transparency and fight corruption.
TI is working to set up coalitions and improve framework conditions. Legislature and administrative activities in the anti-corruption and corruption prevention sectors involve the compiling of documentation and specific suggestions, as well as targeted public relations work.

Highest level part time educational concepts that take the economic requirements into account – that's what the School of Governance, Risk & Compliance (School GRC) (School GRC) stands for, and has done so for over 10 years. The School GRC is a research and training institute that belongs to the private, state approved Steinbeis-Hochschule Berlin. It also sees itself as a think tank, and as an active part of research and development in the areas of Governance, Risk Management, Compliance and Fraud Management. The School GRC and its sister institution the School of Criminal Investigation and Forensic Science (School CIFoS) concentrate a large number of individual training and development opportunities in their respective fields of expertise.
The Schools offer everything from seminars, certification courses up to state-approved Master degrees. At the School GRC students can obtain a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Governance, Risk, Compliance and Fraud Management, while the School CIFoS offers a Master of Arts in Criminal Investigation (MACI). As part of the Corporate University, the content for employees' training sessions is specifically geared to their needs. Communication training for report examiners
The seminar "Communicating with Whistleblowers", developed at the Berlin School of Governance, Risk & Compliance (School GRC) in cooperation with Business Keeper AG, is tailored specifically towards report examiners in companies and administrations, regardless of whether they use the BKMS® System or not.
Over the course of two seminar days, participants receive training in communication and psychological skills pertaining to the oral and written dialogue with whistleblowers. Amongst other techniques, they acquire strategies to gain the trust of the (anonymous) whistleblowers and verify their credibility as well as the plausibility of their information.
